Regular meetings of Council shall be held in the Council Chambers on the second, third and last Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m.

If the Regular meeting to be held on the last Monday of each month shall fall on a public holiday, the Council shall meet at the designated hour on the previous Monday. If the Regular meetings to be held on the second and third Monday of each month shall fall on a public holiday, the meeting is cancelled.

During the months of July and August the regular meetings shall be suspended. However, during the month of August, a regular meeting may be held on the third Monday at 7:00 p.m. if needed.

Council may alter the date and/or time of a Council meeting provided that a notice of 48 hours is posted at the Town Hall.

Delegations: Every individual, organization or group wishing to address Council shall notify the Clerk no later than 1:00 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the regular meeting by providing the Clerk with a written copy of the full document to be presented. Ten minutes are permitted, and a maximum of two delegations may be scheduled at a regular meeting.
