The Human Resources Department is responsible for:

• The employees' remuneration in accordance with current collective agreements and policies in force;
• The administration of various activities specific to benefits and insurance group plans;
• To promote positive working relationship with mutual respect;
• The retention of our staff and the recruiting and selection process for new employees when required; and
• The implementation and enforcement of legislations, regulations, policies and guidelines concerning occupational health and safety and human resources management.
