PLANNING DEPARTMENT

The Planning Department is responsible for land use planning and reviewing all development projects prior to issuing building permits. All residential, commercial and industrial projects will be reviewed in order to ensure compliance with all provincial and municipal standards.

The Planning Department processes all applications for development, land severance as well as any request concerning the policies of the Official Plan and the provisions of the Zoning By-Law.
