      WATER INTERRUPTION AND TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

      This notice is to inform you that there will be a water supply interruption to perform municipal infrastructure work between the following addresses:

      367 TO 505 JAMES STREET

      AUGUST 12 2020

      BETWEEN 3:00 P.M. AND 8:00 P.M.

      Also, during this time, a temporary road closure will occur on this street.

      ONCE THE WORK IS COMPLETED, PLEASE BE SURE TO LET THE WATER RUN 5 MINUTES BEFORE CONSUMPTION.

      NOTE: Work will be postponed to a later date if weather conditions are unfavourable.

      CAMERON STREET AND MAIN STREET

      INTERSECTION CLOSURE

      This notice is to inform you that the contractor Hawkesbury Transport & Excavation Inc. will be proceeding with underground infrastructure work within the intersection of Cameron Street and Main Street. The works will start on Monday August 10 and conclude on Friday August 21. Therefore, the intersection will be completely closed. We ask that you follow the detour signs in order to by-pass the construction zone.

      In case of an emergency during the construction period, please contact the Public Works at 613-632-0106, ext. 2020, during working hours. In case of an emergency after working hours, please contact the Fire Department at 613 632-1105.

      Thank you in advance for your understanding and co-operation.

      If the format of this document is inadequate, please contact the Technical Services office at (613) 632-0106 extension 2020 and the municipality will provide, to the best of its abilities, the required assistance.

      NOTICE

      RESIDENTS OF: REJANE, JAMES, CECILE, GHISLAIN AND TUPPER STREETS

      This notice is to inform you that the construction activities in relation to the Road Improvement Program of the Town of Hawkesbury will begin on Friday August 7 and will be spread over approximately four (4) weeks.

      The improvement works will be carried out on the following road sections:

      Rejane Street between West Street and Omer Street; James Street between Portelance Street and Nelson Street West; Cecil blvd. between Boul. Cartier and James Street; Ghislain Street between Duplate Street and Stevens Street, and; Tupper Street between 900 Tupper and 850 Tupper.

      We therefore request your collaboration in order to keep the streets clear of vehicles during the construction activities. This will facilitate and accelerate the pavement rehabilitation process.

      This notice is to inform you that the construction activities on Cameron Street (between Main Street and Lansdowne Street) will resume on Monday, August 10 and will be spread over approximately four (4) weeks.

      In addition, the intersection of Cameron Street and Main Street will be completely closed to traffic August 10 to August 21.

      We ask that you follow the detour signs in order to by-pass the construction zone.
