Sessions and Registration Dates

Aquaforme Avril 2022 Web

The recreation department is happy to be able to offer aqua fitness classes again. The 10-week session, one lesson per week, will begin on April 25 and end on June 29.

Martine Laframboise will lead the progressive fitness sessions to allow you to work on different physical qualities: muscle tone, balance, coordination with an intensity adapted to the public.

The morning will be reserved for people aged 60 and over with a choice of:

Aquafit 60

Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.


Wednesday 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

In the evening, people aged 18 and over will have the choice:

Aquafit Boost 18+

Monday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.


Tuesday 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Places will be limited to 20 people/course.

Registration period from April 15 to 24.

Price of $85 (taxes included) for 10 weeks (1 class/week)

Registration and subscriptions

In Person

To register in person, please go to the Sports Complex during the registration period.

In person you must provide the following:

  • Proof of residency for each adult
  • Proof of age for each child
  • Social insurance number (for tax receipts for day camp participants)
  • Health card number and medical information (for day camp participants)
