Fill out the form below if you've experienced a problem with your waste collection or garbage bin (designated grey Town garbage bins only).

Important: Garbage bins must be placed at the curb at the designated time, with the Town logo facing the street and the lid fully closed. Bins that do not meet these requirements will not be collected. More information can be found on this page.

Important: Recycling must be placed at the curb by the designated collection time and be in an accepted container. A list of approved containers is available on this page. If these requirements are met and the recycling is still not collected, contact Miller Waste directly.

Important: Yard waste must be placed at the curb before 6:00 a.m. on the predetermined collection days. Only waste included on the accepted yard waste list will be collected. Waste placement must respect the approved guidelines and placed in the appropriate container, where applicable. If these criteria are not met, the waste will not be collected. Important: Bulky waste needs to be placed on the curb on the same day as the regular garbage and recycling collection, during a bulky waste collection week. Each collection is restricted to 2 accepted items per household according to this list of accepted bulky waste items with restrictions. Consult the list of accepted items here. Important: Electronic waste is collected by reservation only. Electronic waste placed at the curb without a prior reservation will not be collected. For more information and to reserve a collection, please visit this page

Please download, complete, and sign the Request for change to designated garbage bins form. Note: This request pertains only to the Town's designated grey garbage bins.
