  • Participate in Surveys: This year we have had two surveys to which participation was very satisfying. Showing democracy at it’s best. Share your input to help guide Town’s decisions.

TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury passed By-law No. 59-2024 at a meeting held on Monday, September 23, 2024, under Section 17 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended.

AND TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury passed By-law N° 60-2024 at a meeting on Monday, September 23, 2024, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, RSO 1990, c. P.13, as amended.

DESCRIPTION OF LANDS: The subject lands are municipally known as 430 County Road 17 and legally described as Parts 5 and 6 on Plan 46R-6D20, Lot 4, Concession 1, formerly in the Geographic Township of West Hawkesbury now Hawkesbury, County of Prescott. A Key Map is provided below.
