Starting Monday, June 2, 2025, the Environmental Service will proceed to its annual unidirectional flushing program of the drinking water distribution system. It will be performed from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., for an approximate period of 5 weeks. The flushing program schedule can be found at the end of this notice. 

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Town of Hawkesbury has initiated a review of its Official Plan and will hold a Special Meeting of the Council, open to the public, under Section 26(3)(b) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, to discuss possible revisions to the Official Plan that may be required and provide the public with an opportunity to provide comments.

During the municipal Council meeting held on Monday May 12^th, Council officially adopted the Town of Hawkesbury's 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. 

Registration for the summer session of aquatic courses begins on Friday, May 16 at 8 a.m.! Reserve your spot early!
