Conditions of Outdoor Rinks
Building and maintaining an ice rink is an art. Hawkesbury works closely with Mother Nature during winter, and takes into consideration several factors before opening the rinks. A colour-coded system informs you of the best times to skate. Please avoid skating during preparation periods.
Reminder: Winter precipitation can create hidden hazards on the ice, so always be cautious. Helmets are mandatory for children aged 12 and under.
