Construction or Demolition Permit

Steps to submit a Construction or Demolition Permit request:

  1. Download the Building or Demolition Permit Application Form and the Owner Commitment to Have General Review Undertaken Form (PDF) below.
  2. Print and complete the forms.
  3. Scan the completed forms and email them to infoconstruction@hawkesbury.ca, OR submit or deliver the paper copies to the Building Department at Town Hall (Door 1), located at 600 Higginson Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario K6A 1H1.

Printed copies of the forms are also available at Town Hall (Door 1), 600 Higginson Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario K6A 1H1.

N.B. The fees associated with the permit will be provided to you following the review of your application.
