Delegations are limited to a maximum presentation of 10 minutes and a maximum of two speakers per meeting. Requests must be submitted, along with any supporting documentation, at least seven days before the Council meeting. Only material provided to the clerk may be presented. Requests from delegations on a subject that has already been addressed by the Council will not be authorized unless there is evidence that new information will be presented.
