Community Hall, Municipal Facility or Park Rental Form

The Town of Hawkesbury offers several municipal facilities. To request a reservation, please consult the price list and complete the form below at least 30 days before your event or activity.

Please note that equipment such as tables, chairs, a sound system, and other equipment are available and can be requested when completing the form. If you require these facilities, please consult the Layout document to determine the arrangement that best suits your needs. Photos of the various parks available are also included in the document. 

Prices depend on the room rented and other event details.

For each box checked, please indicate the equipment and the number. A recreation employee will contact you.

Specify the end time of the event including uninstallation

Indicate the end date if different from the start date
Please indicate what type of layout you would like for your event. Some layouts may not be available depending on the room and the number of people at your event.
