Steps to submit a Pre-authorized Payments request:

  1. Download the Pre-authorized Payments Form PDF below
  2. Print and fill out the form
  3. Include a copy of a void cheque
  4. Scan and send the completed form and the void cheque by email to infotaxes@hawkesbury.ca OR send or drop off the paper copy to the Finance Department at Town Hall (Door 3) 600, Higginson street, Hawkesbury ON K6A 1H1

The Pre-authorized Payments Form is also available in printed format at Town Hall (Door 3) 600, Higginson street, Hawkesbury ON K6A 1H1
